1.2  The filter cartridge is made of flame-retardant and anti-static materials, and metal wires are installed for grounding to eliminate static electricity.

1.3 The fan adopts explosion-proof motor, with explosion-proof throat or aluminum impeller.

1.4 Pulse valves adopt coil explosion-proof or rubber proof types.

1.5 Install explosion-proof discs or flameless explosion-proof devices on the box.

1.6 The electrical control cabinet and pulse controller are equipped with explosion-proof cabinets.

1.7 Install a one-way explosion-proof valve on the main pipeline at the inlet of the dust collector.

1.8 Install dry powder fire extinguishers or fire water extinguishing systems.

1.9 Install Mars detection, temperature detection, and pressure difference detection instruments for online monitoring, and issue shutdown alarms if abnormalities are detected.
