Non-Powered Polishing Downdraft Workbench

Non-Powered Polishing Downdraft Workbench

1. Product type: Non-powered polishing downdraft workbench designed for connection to a centralized dust collection system.

2. Application: Suitable for production lines with multiple grinding or polishing stations sharing one central dust collector.

3. The workbench does not include an integrated fan or independent dust collector, helping simplify the workstation structure and reduce local mechanical noise.

4. Workbench dimensions, work surface construction and load-bearing capacity can be configured according to the size and weight of the workpiece.

5. Work surfaces can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials according to the application and dust characteristics.

Non-Powered Polishing Downdraft Workbench

Non-Powered Polishing Downdraft Workbench

1.1. This non-powered polishing downdraft workbench is designed for connection to an external centralized dust collection system. The required airflow is determined according to the workbench size, capture area, dust characteristics and actual operating conditions.

1.2. Multiple polishing or grinding workbenches can be arranged along one production line and connected through branch ducts to a common centralized dust collector.

1.3. The workbench itself does not include an integrated fan or independent pulse cleaning system, helping simplify the workstation structure and reduce local mechanical noise compared with self-contained dust collection workbenches.

1.4. Workbench dimensions and work surface construction can be customized according to the dimensions and weight of the workpiece. The supporting structure and load-bearing capacity should be selected according to the actual application requirements.

Central Dust Collection Polishing Workbench

1.5. The work surface can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel or suitable corrosion-resistant materials according to the process, workpiece and environmental conditions.

1.6. Workbench height can be configured according to the operating method, including seated or standing work, helping provide a suitable working position for the production process.

1.7. The centralized dust collector should be selected according to the characteristics of the collected dust. For combustible dust applications, suitable protection measures and equipment configuration should be determined according to the dust properties, risk assessment and applicable safety requirements.

1.8. Downdraft extraction through the work surface can be combined with side extraction where required. Individual branch ducts can also be equipped with airflow control dampers to balance extraction between multiple workstations.
