Welding Fume Purifier
Centralized Welding Fume Dust Collector

Centralized Welding Fume Dust Collector

1. Product type: Centralized cartridge dust collection system for multi-station manual welding applications, with available airflow configurations from 10,000 to 200,000 m³/h.

2. Application: Designed for centralized collection of welding fumes and airborne particulate generated at multiple welding stations in large industrial workshops.

3. Suitable for large workpieces and distributed welding areas where individual portable fume extractors may not be practical.

4. Extraction arms or local capture hoods can be arranged at individual welding stations and connected to a centralized extraction duct.

5. The dust collector configuration is selected according to the required airflow, number of operating stations, dust characteristics and project conditions.

Centralized Welding Fume Dust Collector

Centralized Welding Fume Dust Collector

1.1. This centralized cartridge dust collector is designed for multi-station welding fume extraction in large industrial workshops, with available airflow configurations from 10,000 to 200,000 m³/h.

1.2. It is suitable for centralized collection of welding fumes and airborne particulate generated by multiple manual welding stations operating within the same production area.

1.3. The centralized configuration is particularly suitable for workshops handling large workpieces where welding locations are distributed over a wide working area.

1.4. For welding points that frequently change position, local capture devices can be arranged near individual workstations and connected to the centralized extraction system.

1.5. Retractable extraction arms with capture hoods can be used at manual welding stations to capture welding fumes close to the source while allowing operators to reposition the hood as the welding location changes.

Multi-Station Welding Fume Extraction System

1.6. Extraction arms are available in different lengths according to workstation requirements. Rotating and articulated designs provide flexible positioning around the welding area.

1.7. Individual extraction branches can be connected to the main duct through control dampers, allowing airflow at each workstation to be adjusted according to operating requirements.

1.8. The centralized duct network connects multiple welding extraction points to the main dust collector. Duct dimensions and system airflow should be determined according to the actual workshop layout and extraction requirements.

1.9. Dry cartridge filtration is generally suitable for dry welding fumes and particulate. If the process involves significant oil, moisture or other special contaminants, the dust characteristics and operating conditions should be evaluated before selecting the filtration method.
