1.1. This explosion-proof wet dust collector is configured for industrial processes involving combustible, explosive or reactive dust hazards where wet collection is suitable for the application.

1.2. Typical applications include aluminum, magnesium, titanium and other combustible metal dust, as well as suitable non-metallic dust applications requiring wet collection and additional explosion protection measures.

1.3. The self-induced airflow passage uses the energy of the incoming air to create intensive water agitation, bringing airborne particulate into contact with water and transferring collected dust into the liquid phase.

1.4. The primary collection process does not require filter cartridges, spray nozzles or a circulation water pump, helping simplify the wet collection structure and avoid filter media blockage.

1.5. The required airflow, water level and internal configuration are selected according to the dust characteristics, dust loading and process operating conditions.

1.6. Water is recirculated within the equipment during operation. Automatic water level control and make-up water can be provided to compensate for evaporation and process losses.

1.7. Different sludge removal configurations are available according to the collected material and maintenance requirements, including manual sludge removal, automatic chain scraper discharge and other suitable discharge arrangements.

1.8. For applications where the collected material may react with water or generate hazardous gases, suitable ventilation, gas release, monitoring and other protective measures can be incorporated according to the material properties and risk assessment.
