1. Welding waste gas and dust will be produced during electric welding or argon arc welding.
2. If the waste gas is not treated, it will cause air pollution and harm the health of workers.
3. First of all, each welding point should be collectedinto a main pipe through the suction arm of the suction hood.
4. The main pipeline is installed with spark catcher and one-way gravity valve to prevent pipeline fire.
5. The main pipe is connected to the dust collector for negative pressureventilation and purified by the filter cartridge dust collector.
6. HEPA filter can be installed above the filter cartridge, and the exhaust gas is discharged below 1 mg.
7. Sink flow or vertical dust collector can be selected to deal with theenvironmental problems of welding fume process.
