3. First of all, each welding point should be collected into a main pipethrough the suction arm of the suction hood.
4. If there is spark, spark catcher and one-way gravity valve shall be installed in the main pipeline to prevent fire.
5. The main pipe is connected to the dust collector for negative pressure ventilationand purified by the filter cartridge dust collector.
6. HEPA filter can be installed above the filter cartridge, and the exhaust gas is discharged below 1 mg.
7. Wet dust collector is suitable for flammable and explosive dust containing oiland water.
8. Bag filter and sink flow type or vertical type dust collector can be selected for dry type to deal with the environmental problems of welding fume process.
